Tennis This course is designed for advanced tennis. This course will teach students the knowledge of how to increase their muscle strength, endurance. According the syllabus, this course will make student improve their skills and knowledge of tennis. Students will know how to appreciate the power and beauty of sport, and to actually lead students to experience various types of games to let student have a comprehension understanding of tennis.
Swimming The course is to have students learn correct swimming skills and poses and establish the ability and concept of self rescue in the water and strengthen their cardio-pulmonary function through the process of learning various swimming skills.Curriculum includes self rescue concepts,front crawl,backstroke,butterfly stroke in to hope of making swimming a lifelong exercise item for the students.
Volleyball This course through the offensive and defensive system, team attack and defense, game system introduction and practice to make students experience volleyball is an interesting team movement, understanding of the venue equipment and competition rules. The course includes individual and multi-person offensive and defensive techniques, tactical learning and use, in the game to cultivate the collective action of students unity and cooperation spirit, and thus to enhance friendship and friendship between the students, and enjoy the competition to bring competition and fun.

Table Tennis This course aims at learning and cultivating different basic techniques, enforcing single and doubles play techniques and combining theories and application of strategy to be able to get effective achievement in competitions. In addition, through competition system, design and learning of course, to engage in competitions, course visiting and learning experiences of judges for making students enjoy in table tennis exercise and advance good social behavior and team work cooperative spirit are the contents of this course.
Pilates The purpose of this course is to provide a safe and effective program with the premises of improving physical fitness and health.  The design of this curriculum covers the learning of concentration, reflection, control, and balance through the practice of Yuga, Pilates, and Taichi.  Students are expected to extend what have learned to physical and psychological control to improve physical fitness and reduce body fat.  The ultimate goal is to improve student’s overall physical health and mental function through the training of core mussel group and strengthening of mussel power.

Basketball I This program is through the participation of basketball singles, three man half court games and five men full court games and the introduction of holding games to provide students with actual experience of holding games and enjoy the fun of participating in basketball games, and improvement of the ability of referee. Curriculum includes the techniques of half court singles, tactics offensive and defensive practice of 3 men team, tactics offensive and defensive practice of 5 man team, introduction of holding grams, game holding by groups, game implementation, and referee practicing.
Badminton II This program is to help students knowing the various sides of badminton activity through the introduction of more skillful knowledge of badminton. Course content includes the skills and tactics of singles and doubles, the explanation of the latest game rules and badminton current situation, and to actually join the single and double games and experience various types of games to let student have a further understanding of badminton activities.
Golf I This course aims to teach basic golf concepts and techniques in order to allow students to understand the origins, and development of the game as well as how to prevent injuries. It also aims to help students familiarize themselves with golf terminology, rules of the games as well as learned to putt and improve their short game. In an overall effort to cultivate an interest and appreciation of the sport, the course includes an introduction to golf, the golf course and holes as well as equipment used and basic swings.
Table Tennis I This course is designed for beginners to understand the brief history of table tennis and basic knowledge of table tennis (site, equipment, paddle, rubber, holding method). Teaching the basic skills of table tennis and learning the forehand and backhand skills of table tennis. After the midterm, this course introduces rules of both single and double, and practice. Meanwhile, to increase familiarity and experience of the game.

Through the learning of different athletic techniques and training of health instrument, to enforce student’s health, enhance athletic technique, interest and inhabit regular exercise are the goals for the course.

Unlike traditional yoga practice focusing only on flexibility, Hatha Yoga also reinforced the power and beauty, and the training on muscle. Using a simple gentle motion to stretch the body and muscles, and get rid off the body of toxins and train the body's balance and harmony, more smooth muscle can become thin and then to sculpture body.
Latin Aerobics II In Latin random,we adopt simple dancing actions to swing our bodies.In this way,we can make our body in good shape.Students can also enjoy the preasure of Latin music.Through the Latin dancing,you can perform the charming of dancing.

Shape Keeping and Exercising This course is to understand concepts of muscle physiology and muscle anatomy. This course is also designed to use body fitness plan (the Pilates) and athletic science introduction (has the oxygen threshold value and lack of oxygen threshold value) to make body get better muscle suitable energy and good shape through the operation and practice of weight training for torso myo-group, upper limb myo-group, lower limb myo-group, abdomen myo-group.
